Design Advisory Board

The properties located in Grand Park North are governed by the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of the association.  The Design Advisory Board helps to assure that all of the properties are in compliance with the architectural restrictions of Grand Park North.  All external changes to a properties in Grand Park North must be approved by the Design Advisory Board before any changes can be made.
