The community is governed by The Magnolias of Ocala Homeowners Association, whose volunteer Board of Directors and Architectural Review Board work to preserve the appearance, safety, and long-term value of every neighborhood.

Our Subdivisions & Assessments

Each subdivision carries its own monthly assessment, billed monthly. The annual figure below reflects the total of twelve monthly payments.

Assessment amounts are subject to change by action of the Board of Directors. Please refer to your account in the homeowner portal for your exact balance, due dates, and payment options.

Where Your Assessments Go

The Association’s annual operating budget is funded entirely by homeowner assessments. Your dollars support both the upkeep of your own subdivision and the shared, community-wide services that keep The Magnolias looking its best — and a portion is set aside in reserves to pay for major future repairs.
